Arizona, the first US state to introduce speed cameras, have had them axed by their Republican Governor, as motorists claimed they were introduced only as a state revenue-generation tool & many refused to pay the fines - that's solidarity for you!

I know theres been a lot of recommendations on the POR15 products.  My mate has been using POR strip for removing underseal and reckons its by far the best product he has used.  Underseal and paint including stonechip just wipes off to bare metal. Spray on wipe off, that easy.  Anyone else used this and can recommend for paint or underseal stripping.
Cheers

I didn't get round to using it on the mustang bcause i had to paint a garage door and decided to test it on that first so i knew what i was doing. It seems to work well, follow the instructions and you should be ok but there is/was still a fair bit of elbow power required on what i did.

I guess paint stripping will always be hard work without industrial blasters or dip n strip. I welcome anything that will aid underseal stripping.

To be honest I used a roofers propane blow gun when I did mine, nothing got passed that heat, but dirty messy smelly back braking, headhachy dirty fingernail no sex for a month job.

I wouldn't get any work done for staring at the dancing flame dreaming about my car being Overhauled.

Cellulose or Petrol - Unfortunately both are quite pricey these days!

Definitely an apply, soak and wipe off affair, but definitely messy and will definitely get you high as a kite unless you wear a decent mask.

When I paint stripped the underside of my front wing the other day I used nitromors. I had already scrapped most of the underseal off, but what was left the nitromors seemed to make swift work of. Not sure how it would work on a thick layer though.
