Very much a period piece.

Still, there were some funky ones like the Mopar mod tops, and the Javelin targa tops.

I agree with you all, Vinyl is a big no..no..today, but in its day on the right car it was kind of ok.  I had a 67 malibu ss with Vinyl and it looked real cool, also my 72 cj torino had a vinyl again cool, But I chose to rip it of the Boss. PS THE SS IN THE PHOTO IS NOT MINE.

Identical but also Torino not mine.

Chris. Why you gotta be so honest. Huh?  I was just thinking what a nice SS you had and now its Donny Dontkows. Sad
I remember vinyl roofs where very popular in their day.  Does anyone know what came along next that was as popular but, now most car don't have?

Opera windows.

I see. Mispent youth in the back of an escort or Bedford CF van.  Opera windows Roll Eyes

Yes Chris, my car had same, but, whoever did the panel fit knew what they were doing. Jav's got an old pic on here, but, I don't know if it shows sunroof, but, to get back on topic it had a vinyl roof

I had a search on here. Can't find it.
