Any Thatcham cat 1 alarm / immobiliser would suit your mustang.

.....are you doing anything else with the interior?or leaving the raw effect ?

If you mean beige fleck Wilton carpet, Connelly cow-hide roof lining and 6 cup-holders........er, no Tongue

After a wash and clean-up, and tidying the wiring, I will be adding plain, sheet aluminium panels to cover the glovebox and radio apertures and interior door panels. (Need to sort a battery cover as well Huh?)

P.S. Sorted the mirrors Wink

Looks very good Nigel, love the stance in the rear end pic and the way the tyres totally fill out the arches. Black painted bumpers are nice and subtley cool too Cool. You must be very pleased with how it has turned out, well done.

Absolutely awsome Nigel, would love to see it in the flesh (or even metal Roll Eyes) as already mentioned - good call on the black bumpers, looking forward to a video of that beast

......mostly fibreglass!......including the bumpers, which is why they're painted black  Wink

.... I guess it's onto the "test and tune" phase for your suspension...?

Yes Matt, like yourself.

Had some surprises the other night!........did a quick (one-sided) corner-weight measurement.
It weighs more than I calculated (now about the same as a Windsor engined '67) but the overall balance is far better than calculated (65/35 - 60/40 hoping!) at around 55F/45R (again, about the same as Windsor '67), but because it has IRS the sprung balance is almost identical to the overall.

I'm finding it difficult to believe, so going to have to double check all this Huh?

I've just caught up on this thread Nigel, you should be proud of yourself there mate because that is one hell of a car you've built there.

Well done. A big thumbs up from me that's for sure.

Does it drive how you wanted it to or how you expected it would??

It's not on the road......the 'short drive' was from my garage at the rear of the house to the drive at the front Embarrassed......so can't tell how it drives yet!
Waiting on stuff for the insurance, then off to (hopefully in a few weeks) get the MOT.

Thanks for the comments.

A few more pics.
